Ratan is a management consultant, leadership coach, career strategist, and faculty, having worked in India, USA, UK, the Middle East, and the Asia-Pacific. He is a Co-founder at People Trust and the Chief People Officer at Bough Consulting. He specialises in the design and delivery of behavioural and leadership programs for corporates and universities. He is a consultant to global corporate clients, specialising in performance management, regulatory compliance, and finance transformation. He is also presently a visiting professor at the BITS School of Management. His other areas of interest include sport, travel, theatre, and philanthropy, and he serves on the boards of various non-profits.
