Our core courses lay the foundation for essential management skills. Courses in Strategy, Finance, Marketing, Human Resource Management, Operations, Quantitative Methods, and Economics guarantee a comprehensive understanding of general management.

The futuristic, modern curriculum offers four niche specialisations in year 2: Finance, Marketing, Strategy, Data Analytics & Digital Technologies.

Essential Skills and Perspectives

BSM’s short modules facilitate holistic student development by covering courses in leadership, applications of AI, communication and critical thinking, and making students ready for the new-age workspace.

Experiential Learning

The journey from theory to application is made through live corporate and social projects that inculcate problem-solving and strategic-thinking skills in students. Other experiential learning techniques such as flipped classrooms and case studies prepare students for real-world application. Collaborating with both social and corporate partners, students work as a team to address real-world business challenges in their first year.

Internship and International Immersion

BSM students will have the option to undertake an international immersion opportunity and a summer internship before they enter year 2 of the programme, which will carry requisite credits towards completion of the PGDM programme.

Curriculum

Core management courses are integrated with Design Thinking, Leadership, and Digital Businesses in the first year of the PGDM. Our aim is to prepare graduates for a future in the industry. As such, our specialisations include the latest information in Finance, Marketing, Strategy, Data Analytics and Digital Technologies, and Entrepreneurship, which commence in the second year.

BSM students must have well-rounded personalities optimised for business. Keeping this in mind, short-term courses in Essential Skills and Perspectives enhance our students’ overall education in industry knowhow and critical thinking.
