Dr Aggarwal graduated from IIT Kanpur with a major in Mechanical Engineering and then went on to do his MBA and Ph.D. from the University of Washington, Seattle, USA, in Operations Management.
Currently serving as the President and Founder of Eduserve Global Associates, a consultancy specializing in higher education advisory and process excellence services.
With a profound commitment to academic excellence, Dr. Aggarwal has held key leadership positions in esteemed institutions, including Vice Chancellor at Bennett
University, President (Vice Chancellor) at NIIT University, and Founding Vice Chancellor at O.P. Jindal University.
Dr. Aggarwal’s career spans continents, with notable contributions to the College of William and Mary and the University of Washington Business School in the United States. Throughout his academic journey, he has demonstrated proficiency in management, team leadership, executive management, lean processes, and operations
management.
Dr. Aggarwal is an active speaker, consultant, teacher, and researcher and has published in leading journals in operations management, such as Management Science, Operations Research, IIE Transactions, Journal of International Technology and Information Management, and International Journal of Production Economics.
